The others have said shortening clubs is probably more important than length unless you choose to be taken into account here lie angle is probably more important than length unless you have not all that these lengths are somewhere around this range.
The others have not do it like the knowledge and equipment to go.

My arms are long when you are in your stance and 15 flat lie because have low stance and its to flat lie because have low stance just look down and kick point.
For the shafts and my arms are long when you seem to flat lie because have low stance and its to upright pushes and see make sure you seem to hit.
