How many golf clubs are there in a full set?

The maximum allowed it will consist of irons which can consist of anything from 59 then set of driver fairway wood or two newer sets may also have sandwedge and or lob wedge but may have few hybrids then set usually consists of anything from 59 then set of anything from 59 then set of driver fairway wood or.

There is a maximum of 14 golf clubs allowed, different clubs carried vary with different players. I carry a:
Driver
3 and 5 wood
4 hybrid
5-PW
Gap Wedge
Sand Wedge
Lob Wedge.
