How do you find the best golf clubs for your size?

I’m a tall guy (6′4″), and I’ve tried to play golf a few times, but using borrowed clubs, and they’ve always been too short for me, I have to use a very uncomfortable stance and can’t hit the ball for sh*t, I’ve been told I need longer clubs, but I don’t know anything really about finding the right kind or length.

Go to a pro shop and have them measure you. I’m the exact same height as you and used to have the same problem, especially with irons. I purchased a set of clubs they recommended and it did indeed improve my game. If you don’t want to go to all that expense, a lot of manufacturers make different length clubs. Try sporting goods stores or online.
