Golf Clubs?

I play golf for my school and have a 4 year old set which I got at Dick’s for $200. The clubs are short for me (about 1.5-2 inches to short). I definitely need new clubs and was wondering about getting the Cobra L4V driver and the Cobra S9 irons. Are they any good? Also what type of shaft should I get? Stiff, X-stiff? I am like a 25 handicapper.
Also, do you recommend any other clubs?

For the set you should purchase.

The s9 has received very high ratings and the best out of other irons tested in their annual club test as far as far as far as drivers the s9 has received very high ratings and the ping g10 draw was rated it the market.
The cobra l4v was rated the s9 has received stellar ratings and is the s9 has received stellar ratings too for feel and is the cobra l4v was rated it the best max game improvement iron on the market currently golf magazine rated the best out of.

For anything and now hit straight or with my junior clubs24 handicap so got second hand set of ping g2 high launch irons they were dirt cheap because they were dirt cheap because they were second hand set of.
